The unsung heroes – Police, Firefighters, EMTs, Teachers, Military Personnel and Veterans – these are public servants who continually give of themselves for the betterment of others. When Paige Mayercik of Realty Title and Escrow Company, Inc. and wife to a local police officer began to consider how she and other professionals in the community could give back to those who give so much, the idea of Homes For Our Public Servants (HOPS4COPS) was born.

With the concern of the rise and fall of the residential housing market, many first time homebuyers are skeptical. This is the time to make the opportunity to educate buyers of ways to make their lives better by purchasing a home instead of leasing a residence. Paige states, “My life has been influenced by 911 and the unsung heroes of our community today. As the wife of a police officer you experience some things first hand by seeing the danger that they face on a daily basis. This empowered my desire to research other fields of public service like Firefighters, Teachers and EMT’s, Military Personnel and Veterans that often go unrecognized for their valiant efforts. Hence, my dream of the HOPS4COPS program became a reality.”
